Alpha Seeker เป็นเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตลาด แสดงผลการสแกนหุ้นและ options พร้อมข้อมูลประกอบ เช่น ราคา ความผันผวน และแผนเทรดที่สร้างโดยระบบอัตโนมัติ การใช้บริการถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้

ข้อมูลทั้งหมดในแอปนี้มีไว้เพื่อการศึกษาและใช้เป็นข้อมูลประกอบเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่คำแนะนำการลงทุนเฉพาะบุคคล ผู้ให้บริการไม่ได้เป็นที่ปรึกษาการลงทุนที่ได้รับใบอนุญาต และไม่ได้พิจารณาสถานะทางการเงิน วัตถุประสงค์ หรือความเสี่ยงที่คุณรับได้

ตัวเลขที่แสดง เช่น จุดเข้า จุดตัดขาดทุน เป้าหมายราคา หรือคะแนนต่าง ๆ เป็นผลลัพธ์จากการคำนวณอัตโนมัติบนข้อมูลในอดีต ไม่ใช่คำสั่งให้ซื้อขาย การตัดสินใจลงทุนทุกครั้งเป็นความรับผิดชอบของคุณเอง และการลงทุนมีความเสี่ยงที่จะสูญเสียเงินต้นทั้งหมด

คุณใช้แอปนี้ได้โดยไม่ต้องสมัครบัญชี บัญชีมีไว้เพื่อเก็บรายการที่คุณบันทึกและประวัติของคุณเอง คุณมีหน้าที่รักษารหัสผ่านของคุณ และลบบัญชีได้เองจากในแอปทุกเมื่อ

แพ็กเกจฟรีมีขีดจำกัดการใช้งานรายวันและจำนวนผลลัพธ์ที่แสดง แพ็กเกจพรีเมียมเปิดใช้ฟีเจอร์เพิ่มเติม เมื่อเปิดขาย การชำระเงินจะดำเนินการโดย Apple App Store หรือ Google Play เท่านั้น การคืนเงินเป็นไปตามนโยบายของร้านค้านั้น ๆ

• ·ห้ามดึงข้อมูลจำนวนมากโดยอัตโนมัติ หรือใช้งานในลักษณะที่รบกวนระบบ
• ·ห้ามนำข้อมูลไปขายต่อหรือเผยแพร่ซ้ำในเชิงพาณิชย์
• ·ห้ามใช้บริการเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ผิดกฎหมาย

บริการให้ตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ ข้อมูลตลาดมาจากผู้ให้บริการภายนอกและอาจล่าช้า ไม่ครบถ้วน หรือไม่ถูกต้อง เราไม่รับประกันความต่อเนื่องของบริการ และไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายหรือการขาดทุนใด ๆ ที่เกิดจากการใช้ข้อมูลในแอปนี้ เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต

เราอาจแก้ไขข้อกำหนดนี้และจะปรับวันที่ด้านบน เราอาจระงับบัญชีที่ใช้งานผิดข้อกำหนด และคุณยกเลิกได้ทุกเมื่อด้วยการลบบัญชี

Alpha Seeker is a market analysis tool. It shows stock and options scan results with supporting data such as prices, volatility and automatically generated trade plans. By using it you accept these terms.

Everything in this app is for education and information only. It is not personalised investment advice. The operator is not a licensed investment adviser and knows nothing of your financial position, objectives, or tolerance for risk.

Figures shown — entries, stops, targets, scores — are the output of automatic calculations over historical data, not instructions to trade. Every decision you make is yours, and trading carries the risk of losing your entire capital.

An account is optional; it exists to hold your saved list and your own history. You are responsible for keeping your password safe, and you can delete your account from inside the app at any time.

The free tier has daily usage limits and shows a limited number of results. Premium unlocks the rest. When it goes on sale, payment is handled solely by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and refunds follow that store’s policy.

• ·No bulk automated extraction, and nothing that degrades the service for others
• ·No reselling or commercial redistribution of the data
• ·No unlawful use

The service is provided as is. Market data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We do not guarantee continuous availability, and to the extent permitted by law we accept no liability for losses arising from use of this app.

We may revise these terms, and the date above will change with them. We may suspend accounts that breach them; you may end your use at any time by deleting your account.
