คุณใช้แอปนี้ได้โดยไม่ต้องสมัครบัญชี หากไม่สมัคร เราจะไม่เก็บชื่อหรืออีเมลของคุณเลย

เมื่อคุณสร้างบัญชี เราเก็บ:

• ·ชื่อและอีเมลของคุณ และรูปโปรไฟล์ หากคุณเข้าสู่ระบบผ่าน Google หรือ Apple
• ·รหัสผ่านในรูปแบบที่เข้ารหัสแล้ว (hash) เฉพาะกรณีสมัครด้วยอีเมล — เราไม่เคยเห็นรหัสผ่านจริงของคุณ
• ·รหัสอ้างอิงบัญชีจากผู้ให้บริการ (Google/Apple) และโทเคนที่ใช้ยืนยันตัวตน

• ·Resend — ส่งอีเมลรีเซ็ตรหัสผ่าน หากมีการตั้งค่าไว้

คุณลบบัญชีได้ด้วยตนเองจากหน้าบัญชีในแอป เมื่อลบแล้ว รายการที่บันทึก สถานะแพ็กเกจ และเซสชันทั้งหมดจะถูกลบทันทีและถาวร

ส่วนผลการสแกนและผลลัพธ์ย้อนหลังจะถูกตัดความเชื่อมโยงกับบัญชีของคุณ (ไม่ระบุตัวตนอีกต่อไป) แต่ยังคงอยู่ในระบบในฐานะบันทึกผลการทำงานของเครื่องมือ เนื่องจากเป็นข้อมูลที่ใช้วัดความแม่นยำของระบบโดยรวม

You can use the app without an account. If you never sign in, we hold no name and no email address for you.

When you create an account, we store:

• ·Your name and email address, plus a profile image if you sign in with Google or Apple
• ·A hashed password, for email sign-ups only — your actual password is never stored or seen
• ·The provider account identifier and authentication tokens from Google or Apple
• ·Session records including IP address and browser or device type, to keep sign-ins secure
• ·Your scan results and the picks generated for you, with their scored outcomes
• ·The ticker symbols you have saved
• ·Your tier (free or premium) and any subscription record from the App Store or Google Play
• ·Daily counts of metered feature use, to enforce free-tier limits

Signed-out visitors are given a random, locally generated device identifier used only to count daily free-tier usage. It identifies nothing but itself, and clearing your browser storage resets it.

We never collect card numbers, bank details, or any payment information.

To provide what you asked for: keeping you signed in, showing you your own scan history, holding your saved list, enforcing free-tier limits, and verifying store subscriptions. We do not sell your data, do not share it for others’ marketing, and show no advertising.

The service runs on third parties that may process data on our behalf:

• ·Vercel — hosting for the site and API
• ·Neon — database
• ·Google and Apple — sign-in, and billing through their app stores
• ·Market data providers (Finnhub, MarketData, Marketaux, Polygon) — they receive the ticker symbols looked up, never your account details
• ·Language model providers (Anthropic or Groq) — they receive the market data used to draft a trade plan, never your account details
• ·Resend — password reset email, where configured

You can delete your account yourself from the account screen in the app. Your saved tickers, entitlement records and every session are deleted immediately and permanently with it.

Scan results and their scored outcomes are detached from your account instead — they stop being linked to you, and remain only as the tool’s own record of what it predicted and what happened, which is how its accuracy is measured.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and other applicable law. Write to growsense.life@gmail.com

This service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes will be announced in the app.
